Minister Shri Patowary has lauded the initiative taken by 110 years old Tocklai Tea Research Institute of TRA in making an educational video which will be of help for tea growers and tea manufacturers. He said that the Tocklai ballometric video released today should be made available to all districts and DICs so that the small growers and BLF sectors can be trained and called Tocklai to take the quality drive forward.
